This is yoga that makes you work. Somatic Power is a dynamic, strength-based vinyasa practice that builds heat, challenges your muscles, and asks you to stay present when your brain is screaming for you to quit.
No chanting. No incense. Just you, your breath, and a sequence designed to make you stronger and more mobile—physically and mentally. You'll flow through poses with intention, building functional strength and endurance while somatic techniques woven throughout the practice help regulate your nervous system in real time. You're not just getting stronger—you're training your body to stay grounded under stress.
Somatic Power isn't about being flexible enough to wrap your leg around your head. It's about showing up, doing hard things, and proving to yourself that you can handle more than you think. You'll sweat. You might shake. And you'll leave feeling like you actually accomplished something—without that wired, cortisol-spiked crash afterward.
If you want a workout that challenges your body without abandoning your breath or your nervous system, this is it.
This isn't your cute little toning class. SomaPWR fuses breathwork, nervous system regulation, light weights, yoga, and pilates into one practice that trains your body and your brain to handle stress without falling apart.
You'll build strength, yes—but not the kind that comes from white-knuckling your way through another set. This is functional, embodied strength. The kind that makes you more capable in your actual life, not just in front of a mirror.
We use light weights and intentional movement to challenge your muscles while breathwork and somatic techniques keep your nervous system in the game. You'll learn to stay regulated under load—which, let's be honest, is pretty much the whole point of being a human.
SomaPWR is for people who are done with workouts that leave them wired and exhausted. You'll leave stronger, more grounded, and wondering why nobody told you sooner that fitness could actually make you feel better instead of just look better.
Yin is where you stop performing and start feeling. No flowing, no pretending you're fine when you're not. You hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia that your body is craving.
It's uncomfortable—not because you're doing it wrong, but because stillness has a way of bringing up all the stuff you've been outrunning. That's not a problem. That's the point.
Yin teaches your nervous system that you can be in discomfort without being in danger. You build flexibility, yes, but more importantly, you build capacity—to feel, to stay, to stop abandoning yourself the moment things get hard.
It's slow. It's quiet. And it might be the most challenging thing you do all week.
