Power Yoga
Soma’s signature vinyasa practice geared to deepen your connection to your body and your mind. This class is designed to empower you and challenge you as you reclaim your POWER. This is a moving meditation practice. Expect to move, breath, and sweat. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
Hot Flow
This heated all levels vinyasa class is designed to challenge you through longer holds in both the standing and seated postures, so that you can connect to your breath and feel your body deeply. If you are wanting to challenge yourself both physically and mentally - this class is for you! The room is heated to 95 degrees.
Fundamentals
This practice focuses on the foundational elements of the practice allowing plenty of time to get into the postures and feel into your body as well as refining the alignment and breath of each shape. The room is heated to 90 degrees.
Yin Yoga
Long slow holds designed to deepen your connection to your body and your breath. This class provides a deep stretch down to the connective tissue layer helping to release toxins and heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. Room is kept to a warm 80 degree’s.
