Somatic Power Yoga

Soma’s signature somatic vinyasa practice geared to deepen your connection to your body and your mind. This class is designed to empower you and challenge you as you reclaim your POWER. This is a moving meditation practice. Expect to move, breath, and sweat. The room is heated to 95 degrees.

Hot Flow

This heated all levels vinyasa class is designed to challenge you through longer holds in both the standing and seated postures, so that you can connect to your breath and feel your body deeply. If you are wanting to challenge yourself both physically and mentally - this class is for you! The room is heated to 95 degrees.

SomaPWR (hot lift + nervous system)

SomaPWR fuses nervous system regulation with strength training in a 95-degree studio. This isn't typical hot yoga—it's an intelligent integration of breathwork, somatic movement, and functional fitness that builds both physical strength and nervous system resilience.

You'll move through sequences combining targeted strength work, nervous system regulation techniques, breathwork, and yoga-inspired movement. The heat creates an environment where your nervous system learns to stay regulated under stress, building capacity that transfers to real life.

This is fitness that doesn't shame your body or bypass your nervous system. It's training that honors the whole you.

Yin Yoga

Long slow holds designed to deepen your connection to your body and your breath. This class provides a deep stretch down to the connective tissue layer helping to release toxins and heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. Room is kept to a warm 80 degree’s.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates brings classical Pilates principles into a 95-degree studio, amplified with light weights and resistance bands. This low-impact, high-intensity workout targets your deep core muscles, improves flexibility, and builds long, lean strength throughout your entire body.

Expect controlled movements, precise alignment, and serious core work—all while your body adapts to the heat. The weights and bands add resistance without bulk, creating definition and functional strength. The warmth enhances muscle pliability, deepens your stretches, and keeps you present in every movement.
